In addition, integrative practices of mindfulness for mental health, grounding and soft complimentary therapies complete a wholesome wellness program to support your individual needs.

Monica is a strong advocate of mental health in her community. Her purpose is to bring awareness for integrative self care by empowering her clients to take ownership of their own health mentally, physically, spiritually and collectively.

Her credentials include: Akhanda certified instructor with the World Conscious Yoga Family, a nonprofit organization based in India. She specialized as an

Additional qualifications include: Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for emotional balance, Healing Meditation, Mantra and Mindfulness meditation.

of therapies to reestablish balance, expand longevity and to achieve optimal health and vitality.
